Our cloud-first solution removes the need for large amounts of capital expenditure on an unknown timeline, and moves most costs to a predictable monthly amount.  Whether you're an existing Microsoft 365 tenant or are looking to migrate, your digital transformation will come with some upfront costs.  Depending on your needs this may include some changes to network infrastructure as well as migration and onboarding for your organisation.  After the initial change your ongoing costs are a predictable, low monthly fee that is easy to monitor and manage to keep your budget on track

Upfront costs

Migration and onboarding

Migration costs are a once-off fee to move email accounts and document storage to Microsoft 365. The migration process typically takes about two months from start to finish and the fee is agreed after an initial consultation to assess the complexity of the migration. Customers who are already using Microsoft 365 can be moved to the CommunityIT solution for a small fee. This fee covers consultation, transfer of administration, security audit and installation of backup service if one is not already in use.

Network

To take advantage of a full cloud-first solution, updates to networking equipment may be required. We are able to recommend what devices are required, and have secured competitive pricing from vendors for this equipment. Once purchased CommunityIT will attend your locations to install the equipment then register the device for management from our cloud console.

Ongoing costs

Software licensing

Software licensing replaces traditional server and software costs and makes up a portion of your ongoing monthly expenses. You will be using a number of different cloud services to achieve the IT environment you need. Some software licenses are priced per user, and others per device. During an initial consultation, we assess your environment and inform you of what your ongoing licensing costs will be.

Managed services

Once your data has been migrated, we will provide ongoing support for your users and upkeep of your new environment. We offer two tiers of managed IT services allowing you to choose how much help you want. Our single solution business model means our managed service fees are extremely competitive.
